All pricing for the Products is subject to change. For all of our prices and Products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. All prices are VAT excluded (the VAT shown will be according to the country selected by the customer) and shipping charges, other taxes and duties may apply. All relevant shipping fees and taxes will be charged at such time as the Product is ordered.

The costs of shipping paid are non-refundable. International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and could potentially incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery.

The product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. These payments must be fulfilled for your order to be released from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

When carrying out the return / exchange process, the customer must indicate the order number and relevant item/items to be returned / exchanged and inform the reason for the return / exchange.

ATTENTION: To carry out the exchange process, it is necessary to justify your request by “Return by Repentance / Withdrawal”. If you receive the product and want to return it, you must do it within 14 days, counting from the date of delivery, observing the following conditions:

  • The product must not have signs of use
  • The product should be sent in the original packaging and label with the product reference code
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip

We may offer a refund and / or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and / or exchange of any kind. You can always send us an email to info@medinaswimwear.com and tell us your specific case.

The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed. It can take up to 30 days to receive and complete your return. Please be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process. 

  • Your item must be in the same condition as you received it
  • The article must be in the original packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to info@medinaswimwear.com

Take into consideration the amount of pollution deriving from world wide transports. If you are willing to change size or color, or even style, Medina Swimwear will bear the costs of the return.

Shipping costs are not subject to refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary.

We’re sorry to hear you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. It’s part of our brand mission to try and decrease returns as much as possible. In order to proceed with a return, please follow the next steps:

  • Please send an email to info@medinaswimwear.com informing the items you want to return and the reason why (stating SKU/ref. and quantity as shown on your invoice). We will provide you with a return label within 2 working days. In order to request a pick up date, please fill in the pick up address and date/time that is best for you;
  • Prepare your order to return. Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs/thongs, bodysuits, socks, tights, swimwear bottoms and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged;
  • Attach your return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest carrier station or wait for the carriers collection at the address you have requested, according to the shipping instructions.
  • Await your Refund notification email, which we will send when we have processed your return. It can take up to 30 days to receive and complete your return. Please be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

Important considerations:

  • To return, you need to go to the carrier mentioned on your return label. If you live inside the European Union, you only need the return label that is included on your package. If you live outside the EU, you would need to attach the invoice to the outside of your package and select the items you are returning;
  • If you miss the carrier’s collection date, you will need to drop it off at your nearest carrier station;
  • If you choose to return your parcel without our label, please note that you are responsible for the additional cost of the return and we will not refund these costs. If you are returning a parcel from a country outside of the EU, the return must be done using one of the following carriers UPS, DHL and TNT;
  • Make sure that you don’t forget to take note of the tracking number on your return label, so you can easily track your return, as you are responsible for ensuring the parcel arrives to us.
