Shipping

Medina ships worldwide from our warehouse in Portugal. 

We currently offer free express shipping on all orders above 300 €.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be shipped the same day. If placed after it will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or customs delays.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Any taxes or duties applied by customs will be payable by you. Please contact your local customs office for further details on current import restrictions and duty rates.

RETURNS

Eligibility for returns:

• All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must have not been worn or washed and must be in their original condition.
• Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the hygiene strip attached.
• Items must have all tags, security seal intact and hygiene strip attached.

If you wish to make a return send an email to info@medinaswimwear.com indicating:

• Order number
• Reference of the item you wish to the return
• Address for pick up of the package and telephone number
• Optional: the reason for your return. For example, too big, too small, doesn’t suit, etc. It’s very helpful to receive your feedback.

Within 2 business days, we will confirm your return request. A courier will pick up the package from your home. You don’t need to print out a return label. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

MEDINA will process your return with a deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).

Once we have received your return at our warehouse and checked that it is eligible for a refund, you will receive an email notification.

Medina reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy and procedures.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

We only accept returns of purchases made on www.medinaswimwear.com

Refunds

Medina will process your return and issue a full refund with a deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).

Your refund will be issued within 2 business days from when you received confirmation that the package arrived at our warehouse.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the initial purchase are not refundable by Medina. If any customs duties or taxes are incurred during the return of your order, these will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your order was eligible for complimentary shipping and after returning an item it no longer complies with eligibility for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you return a full order that had complimentary shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your bank account as the time this process takes depends on your card issuer.

If you refuse a shipment from Medina you are responsible for the shipping fees and any import fees that may have been incurred on the package.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
