These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products (“Products”) through www.medinaswimwear.com (the “Website” or “Site”), from SAVE THE OCEAN MEDINA SWIMWEAR, LDA. (company ID PT515869422, registered at Avenida Camilo, 241 Porto – Portugal).
By accessing this site and/or placing an order for such Products, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by MEDINA SWIMWEAR.
By accessing this site, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the site if you do not accept all the terms and services referred to on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer, as well as to any and all Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person who is accessing this site. The “Company”, “Us” and “Ours”, refer to our Company.
ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Only products with tag “add to bag” are available to pre-order or to buy in season. In case of any doubt about the products availability kindly send us an email to Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org). For in-season items, we do not accept modifications of the order after the order has been placed and the confirmation e-mail has been sent. For pre-order items, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To modify your order (shipping address, phone number, recipient name, etc.) you must reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the desired change.
You have 24 hours to e-mail us if you would like to make any modifications (the above-mentioned, or other – size, colour, etc.). If you need immediate assistance regarding an order or shipping issues please call us or send us a WhatsApp message on +351 925 288 020 – we are available weekdays from 10:00-20:00 (GTM+1). We will do our best to cancel the order if requested.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was cancelled.
We also have the right to change the products availability and upload new prices based on the final release date.
